30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order Items

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

1. Change of mind

2. Incorrect size selected by the customer

3. Personal preference after delivery

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns Accepted For

We gladly accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:

1. Wrong item received

2. Damaged items

3. Defective products

4. Printing errors or manufacturing issues

How to Start a Return

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at supportbeau@gmail.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A brief description of the issue

3. Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the next steps and the appropriate return address based on your location.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at supportbeau@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or design, the fastest option is to place a new order once your return request has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
